Saborì

project overview
In Sardinia, food is never just food, it is sharing, culture, and history. But why remain anchored only to the past? Saborì reimagines traditional pane carasau, preserving its authentic essence while enriching it with contemporary flavors. Like a modern Janus, it looks toward the future without losing sight of its roots. This project focused on creating a complete visual identity for a Sardinian pane carasau snack, positioning it within a premium, gourmet market while conveying a strong sense of refinement and high quality. Driven by the desire to merge tradition and modernity, we developed a pattern whose symbols are inspired by a traditional element of Sardinian culture: woven carpets. The motifs and geometries that define it reinterpret these artisanal designs in a contemporary way, creating a distinctive and cohesive visual language.
